Key Features

  • Versatile machine for a wide variety of box types.
  • 100% online inspection using up to 5 cameras for large formats.
  • High detection accuracy (<0.1 mm²) at a speed of 300 m/min.
  • A hybrid structure combining cardboard and corrugated material.
  • Ideal for manufacturers that produce “a little bit of everything.”
  • High flexibility for frequent changes in material and format.
  • Motorized upper belts for precise folding control.
  • Stability and reliability with materials of varying thicknesses.
  • Robust design geared toward industrial productivity.

Seamless integration between production and inspection

The TECHNOVISION combines the hybrid versatility of the TechnoFold series—capable of processing paperboard, microflute, and corrugated board up to B/C flutes—with the Vision inspection system, offering a robust solution for producers who need to switch between materials and formats while maintaining full in-line quality control.
Thanks to its reinforced mechanical design and independent motorized top belts, the TechnoVision ensures stable folding even on thicker substrates. The Vision module inspects each box before folding and gluing, using up to 5 multispectral cameras to detect printing defects, color variations, registration, varnishes, metallics, codes, and other critical parameters, with an accuracy of less than 0.1 mm², while maintaining industrial-level speed.
It features an ejector that removes defects detected by the vision system at the start of the process. Its modular design allows for the processing of linear, automatic bottom, double-wall, and 4/6-point containers, facilitating quick changeovers and maintaining productivity even on lines with highly varied production runs.
The TechnoVision offers flexibility, stability, and total control, adapting to current market demands: waste reduction, regulatory compliance, traceability, and consistent quality in medium and large formats.

Automatic inspection of the finished product + folding and gluing of the box.
